  • I am a final year undergraduate student at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

  • My academic journey includes pursuing a Bachelor’s major in Electrical Engineering (with Honors), accompanied by minors in Computer Science and Engineering as well as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

Experience

Cloud Engineering Intern at Oracle

  • I interned as a Cloud Engineer at Oracle for a period of two months in my pre-final year summer. Where I worked with the Oracle Application Recommendation Service team based at Bengaluru, India.

  • My work involved the development of real-time serverless containerized distributed data processing applications, research and development of efficient, optimized and scalable quality-of-service metrics for big data analytics processors.

  • The experience of working at a leader of the software industry solidified my understanding of the technical intricacies particularly in the context of high performance cluster and distributed computing, and the importance of robust engineering practices in achieving the high standards of security, performance and reliability essential in the realm of cutting-edge technology.

OARS is a big data engineering and analytics platform-as-a-service offered to developers, for seamless customer analytics, personalised product recommendation systems for improved customer experience.

Contingent Leader at Inter-IIT Tech Meet 12.0

  • Led IIT Bombay’s Bombay 76 contingent as Contingent Leader, which battled it out with 21 IITs at the Inter-IIT Tech Meet 12.0 held at IIT Madras from 18th-22nd December 2023. In the event, IIT Bombay finished on the podium with 3rd place overall with 4 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal.

The Inter-IIT Tech Meet is the most prestigious technological annual event uniting the brightest minds from different IITs, fostering innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Project Lead at The Humanoid Project

  • Leading an accomplished student team, managing projects from technical conceptualisation to physical realisation in hardware and software, also serving as the primary liaison of the team with the technical community at IIT Bombay

  • Engineered algorithms optimised for edge computing in embedded systems, leveraging deep learning for computer vision and natural language processing applications in robotics.

The Humanoid Project is the latest addition to the technical community at IIT Bombay, a group of enthusiastic undergraduates passionately working towards the creation of an interactive humanoid robot for the library and lecture hall complexes of the university campus, bridging the realms of technology and human interaction.

  • My current research interests are as diverse as my experiences, encompassing areas lying at the systems interface of software and hardware tailored to the upcoming AI technological revolution
